Community Health Specialist

Hiring in: Kansas City, KS & Wichita, KS
Community Health Specialists will primarily be working out in the community with underserved populations strategizing and planning to build individual capacity by empowering individuals and families to address social determinants of health barriers through advocacy, support, and education. Community Health Specialists will support IKC statewide campaigns by promoting events regionally and assisting IKC with membership recruitment.
