Join us for Blooming Healthy, a community wellness event designed to empower you to take charge of your health! This free event offers a variety of services to support your well-being, including on-site immunizations and health checks.

Uninsured adults in Wyandotte County can receive the following vaccines at no cost:

• 🩹 PVC (Pneumococcal)
• 🩹 MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• 🩹 Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)

Attendees can also enjoy:

• 🥦 Free produce & food boxes (first come, first served)
• 🩸 Free glucose testing
• 🧍 Free fatty liver testing
       *Individuals will sign up if they qualify and schedule a later date to be tested.
• ❤️ Free blood pressure checks
• 📚 Free educational resources
