In this module, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare team members will learn how they can help protect patients from vaccine-preventable diseases. The module highlights the important role clinical staff play in creating a positive vaccination experience, supporting patient confidence, and helping immunization visits run smoothly. Learners will review practical strategies for communicating with patients, addressing common concerns, and reinforcing strong vaccine recommendations as part of everyday patient care.
